Notes on program components Administration/Implementation:Examination of the administration of welfare policies in individual state offices. Evaluation of what procedures and tools are being used to assess TANF recipient barriers and how they are being improved based on best practices of other states.

Employment Activities:The evaluation of employment programs and job readiness activities utilized by recipients and leavers. Evaluation of the types of employment activities in which recipients and leavers are currently engaged.Examination of job readiness activities that may be needed for those who are approaching the time limit.

Post Program activities:Examination of employment activities and overall status, well-being and self-sufficiency of program leavers.
