Assessment of the administration of Welfare to Work grants and challenges faced in various sites.Employment Activities:
Job search and readiness activities, job placement services provided on welfare to work grant sites. Support/Social Services:
Substance abuse treatment, legal counseling, life-skills classes, mental health services, peer support, and mediation groups provided on welfare to work grant sites. Other support services evaluated include those provided to tribal Native American groups, child care, and transportation assistance.
