Sample of AFDC/TANF recipients and non-recipients drawn from universe of food stamp recipients.

Sample Characteristics/Data Collection 2 cohorts will be drawn (May 1995, May 1997) from all Food Stamp recipients aged 18-45, who are heads of households that include at least one child.
