Program/Policy Description This project explores the performance of the Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP), the commonwealth's TANF program. The study reviews changes in client participation in K-TAP, use of other government and private supports, ways clients have met their work obligations through the Kentucky Works Program, and numbers and types of clients who are approaching the maximum of the five-year time limit.
