| Program/Policy Description |
This study provides information about the living circumstances of people who had received cash benefits from the WAGES program during the period 1996 through 1998, but had subsequently left the program. It examines circumstances of their lives in several areas: employment and earnings, family stability, health and general conditions of well being. It also describes the extent to which individuals who left WAGES are relying upon the assistance provided by other government options.
