Expansion of the Welfare Leavers Survey: a series of four surveys to monitor the well-being of former clients conducted by SCDSS. The expansion will be conducted by an independent contractor that will develop the research database for closed and diverted cases, building on linked administrative records and interviews of 1,000 former clients. The contractor will be selected in February 1999.
